The andouillettes from Maison Hardouin in Vouvray-en-Touraine have been renowned in France for several generations for their quality and their Vouvray recipe, which has earned them the name andouillette de Vouvray, of which they are the sole producer.

Particularly lean, their andouillettes are enhanced by Vouvray wine, a local wine from Touraine, full-bodied, balanced, subtly fruity, with notes of sweet spices.

This andouillette is distinguished by its beige-white to pinkish color, as well as its pleasant and characteristic aroma. Lightly seasoned with spices and cooked in Vouvray, it is ideal for pan-frying or grilling on the barbecue and should be eaten well cooked.
