Organic pre-cooked country loaf 15x60g
To be stored at room temperature for up to 6 months, these pre-baked breads are made from 100% organic and French ingredients, with old-fashioned sourdough, purified water and untreated sea salt, without improvers or conservatives.
Their quality is the result of an 18-hour manufacturing process: slow kneading for a tender and tasty crumb, delicate laying and pushing of the dough on flowered linen cloths to obtain a real grey, baking in stone hearth ovens to a thicker crust guaranteeing better preservation of the bread.
All made by master bakers using traditional methods in an exclusively organic bakery since 1978.

Bake for 5 minutes at 240°C.
