Store at room temperature for up to 6 months, these pre-baked breads are made from 100% organic and French ingredients, with old-fashioned sourdough, purified water and untreated sea salt, without improvers or preservatives.
Their quality is the result of an 18-hour manufacturing process: slow kneading for a tender and tasty crumb, delicate laying and rising of the dough on flowered linen cloths to obtain a "true gray", baking in stone-hearth ovens for a thicker crust ensuring better preservation of the bread.
All made by master bakers using traditional methods in an exclusively organic bakery since 1978.
