As its name suggests, this meat comes from the region of Galicia, located in the North West of Spain and very close to the ocean.

It is a meat with abundant marbling (intramuscular fat) for an animal raised on grass, without a specific fattening regime, and of a dark red color.

On the palate, its buttery, slightly spicy and iodized taste make it an extremely tender dish with exceptional flavours.

This rib of beef is packaged in a vacuum bag for optimal conservation and ease of use.

To appreciate all the flavors of this quality meat, we advise you to open the bag 30 minutes before consumption. So this good beef will find all these aromas.
