Argentina is the fourth-largest producer and exporter in the world. It exports a quarter of its production, most of which is farmed extensively, even though cattle are now fattened in parks during their last months for a marbling that gives them a much appreciated tenderness and flavor. Among the emblematic breeds of the country, we find the Aberdeen Angus black and red and devoid of horns. Its dark red meat offers a fine and regular grain. Its marbling, its flavor and its juiciness make its reputation.
