The heart of rump steak of perfect quality has a bright red color when cut, with a dense and tight grain. As well as a covering of pale yellow fat sufficiently abundant to attest to the good food of the animal.

It is the most requested muscle for its taste and tenderness.

Je tiens particulièrement a souligner le professionnalisme de cette société, pour ses conseils et la qualité des produits. Auparavant je commandais souvent chez un concurrent mais la qualité commençait à baisser, je me suis tourné vers Very Gourmand et je compte bien y rester dorénavant ! A très bientôt.
