The Vignobles Gonet-Médeville present a wide range of wine spread over several estates.

The Domain of Respide. The property is located on a gravelly soil with clay subsoil. 11 hectares of red Graves and 3 hectares of white Graves. The harvest is manual as for all of our vintages. The vinification is traditional, the red is aged for 1 year in barrels renewed by a third every year, the whites are vinified and aged in 100% new barrels for 1 year.

Château Des Eyrins only has 9 hectares which extend over deep gravelly soils in the communes of Margaux and Cantenac. The plots of vines are divided into three different appellations : 5 hectares on the palus lands near the Gironde in the Bordeaux Supérieur appellation, producing the Cru Monplaisir ; 1.5 hectares in the Haut-Médoc appellation from which the Sélection Grangerou cuvée is made ; and 2.9 hectares in the Margaux appellation producing Château Des Eyrins.

The Domaine des Justices is a property with the Bordeaux Supérieur appellation for red wine (5 hectares), dry Bordeaux for white wine (2 hectares) and Bordeaux Rosé for rosé. Located in Preignac in the heart of Sauternes on a sandy soil with silt.

Château Gilette is a 4.5 hectare property located in the heart of the village of Preignac. This small Sauternes cru is legendary for its old vintages. Indeed in Gilette, Julie Gonet-Medeville only sells her wines after 20 years of ageing.

Château Les Justices is an 8.5 hectare property located in Preignac in the heart of the Sauternes on clay-limestone soil with a rocky subsoil. The estate produces a deliciously bouquet Sauternes without excess liquor.
