Château Les Justices is an 8.5 hectare property located in Preignac in the north of Sauternes , between Garonne and Ciron, in the heart of clay-limestone soil on rocky subsoil. The owners of the place are the Gonet-Medeville vineyards which also own the Champagnes of the same name, the Cru Monplaisir or the Château Respide-Medeville in the Graves appellation.

The work in the vineyards is placed under the sign of the reasoned fight which excludes chemical products for healthy harvests and respectful of the environment. At Château les Justices, we practice the same gestures and we make the same choices as in all the other Gonet estates, to produce wines that do honor to their appellation.

The particularity of this estate is that it does not involve wood during the vinification, to avoid any aromatization, any wooding, in order to obtain cuvées that are as fruity as possible.
