The jams are prepared with an average of 65% fruit and brown cane sugar from Guadeloupe. Our desire is to fix the flavors of the fruits as well as possible.
A small-scale method of cooking and special varieties of fruit make this goal possible. Several years were necessary to set up a close collaboration with the producers.
For the creations and the associations we respect the precept of the three flavors to find the best possible harmony between the perfumes. The spreadable creams are the gourmet reflections of the sweets of our Brittany and more widely of France
