Particularity unique in Provence, under the emblematic name of Domaines Ott* are united three domains : Château de Selle and Clos Mireille in AOC Coasts of Provence as well as the Château Romassan in AOC Bandol.
In 1896 Marcel Ott, a young agricultural engineer from Alsace, settled in Provence with the ambition that this vineyard, the result of a thousand-year-old tradition but ravaged by phylloxera, could produce exceptional wines.
Nearly 125 years after their creation, the Domaines Ott* continue to produce, under the guise of Christian and Jean-François Ott, with passion and rigor on each of the three estates great wines from Côtes de Provence and Bandol.
Rich in a terroir spread over several communes of the AOC Côtes de Provence and Bandol, the Domaines Ott* produce wines that magnify the aromatic nuances conferred by the mosaic of soils of each of the three properties.
René Ott, grandson of Marcel Ott, created in 1930, the emblematic bottle of Domaines Ott* which has become over the years the standard of quality for all cuvées. All in slender curves and recognizable among all, this bottle takes again the elegance of the amphorae used formerly to collect the wines.
