La Fazenda Soledade, family property of the Bastos Ribeiro brothers since 1977, is a unique Brazilian estate, classified as a Biosphere Reserve and located in the region of Nova Friburgo, 150 km west of Rio and at an altitude of 1200 meters.

The property relies on its preserved natural resources (water, cane) and the artisanal distillery is equipped with 2 "pot still" type whiskey stills, to produce in small batches in order to keep only the heart of cane eaux-de-vie. incredibly aromatic and sweet.
