Milk producers since 1974. Established in Cambremer in the Pays d'Auge, we have been milk producers for more than fifty years now and our desire to enhance the milk of our Normandy cows has led us to transform this one in Teurgoule the typical dessert of Normandy.

Respectful of the authentic recipe and anxious to bring you a quality product, the natural raw materials that we use guarantee you a creamy and 100% natural farm Teurgoule. The recipe is faithful to that of our ancestors with a touch of originality to satisfy all tastes!

For the record: In the 17th century, the King's superintendent had rice and spices imported into Normandy in order to avoid a food shortage in the Pays d'Auge. Recipes were posted on the walls of towns and villages. One of them proposed to the inhabitants was to cook the rice in farm milk. The hungry augerons then rushed to the terrines barely out of the bread oven and would then have burned their palates “writhing their ghouls” hence the word “Teurgoule” in Norman patois. The recipe for teurgoule was born and the Normans were satisfied.
