Seven generations of passionate winegrowers have shaped what is today one of the most beautiful trading houses and one of the most beautiful wine estates in the Rhône. The very passionate and perfectionist Michel Chapoutier leads the estate with rigor and high standards. The cultivation of the vines and its plot selections is carried out in total biodynamics, with soil maintenance adapted to the terroir and the banishment of any non-natural input. The harvest at Chapoutier is carried out exclusively by hand, at optimum maturity. The vinifications, traditional, are done by seeking the natural seeding of the musts with indigenous yeasts to promote the expression of the taste personality of each of the terroirs and thus obtain great wines from the Rhône!
