It all started with an observation made by the chef, Damien, co-founder of the healthy and gourmet recipe website 750g.com and chef of the 750g restaurant. After the end of confinement in 2020, he finds that restaurateurs are dependent on industrial drinks and sodas and that there are no alternatives to these.
Committed to home and sustainable catering, he then worked on a dozen drink recipes. These recipes are created from natural products, without flavoring or coloring. All without transporting water, nor the use of plastic or returnable glass and while reducing the proportions of sugar.
From this idea will be born a fruitful collaboration between the chef; Vanessa, a recognized figure in the fields of communication, innovation, and entrepreneurship; Charly, agricultural engineer with a passion for plants and two talented students, Thomas and Armand.
This meeting will give birth to Mes Boissons Maison, a range of gourmet, organic powdered drinks, made in France and without plastic packaging that combine pleasure, flavors and respect for the environment.
They are presented in the form of a powder kit, ready to use and allowing you to make several liters of drinks.
Without added flavoring or coloring, these kits are prepared and packaged in Auvergne in kraft paper packaging and made from organic and natural products from responsible sectors.
To taste these drinks, it's simple. Simply pour the contents of the sachet into cold water, bring the preparation to a boil for two minutes to obtain a ready-to-use syrup. Then all you have to do is add sparkling water to this syrup served by the glass or in a carafe to make tasty sodas. My Homemade Drinks also allow you to make cocktails with or without alcohol.
