An independent family business for three generations, Maison Barthouil is established in the south of the Landes, at the confluence of the Pyrenean mountain streams and the Adour.

Created in 1929, in Peyrehorade, Maison Barthouil was originally a butcher's shop. Over the years, it has offered tasty, meticulous products, faithful to the traditions of our tasty terroir: in the heart of foie gras country and the Adour basin with these precious wild salmon from the Adour.
