List of products by brand GRAND MARNIER

A major French brand, Grand Marnier produces a flagship liqueur based on Cognac and bitter oranges, close to curaçao in terms of taste but not color.

Created by Louis-Alexandre Marnier-Lapostolle in 1880 in Neauphle-le-Château, a town located in Yvelines in France, the Grand Marnier liqueur brand is today in the hands of the Italian company Campari, founded in Milan in 1860. César Ritz, Swiss hotelier and entrepreneur who founded the famous eponymous palace, is officially the inventor of the name we know today. He exclaimed "Grand Marnier, a great name for a great liqueur!". Over time, the Marnier-Lapostolle family, one of the wealthiest in France and specialized in the production and marketing of wines and spirits, has gradually contributed to the global success of Grand Marnier.

Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, an original liqueur created in 1880, is made with exotic oranges and cognac. Aged for several months in oak barrels, it has an amber color with reflections of old gold. On the nose, it is delicate and suggests aromas of fruit. You can ideally enjoy it with crêpes Suzette, soufflé and frozen nougat.
