Truffle flavor pearls - 200g

Perles de Saveurs® truffle flavor are small gelled spheres (alginate film: seaweed derivative) containing an astonishing liquid core. They will bring a magic touch to your omelettes, pastas, cheeses... and will give you a surprising explosion of flavors in your mouth!

Ingredients: Water; natural flavor (gluten); truffle aroma 2%; gelling agents: sodium alginate; calcium chloride ; colorant: squid ink (squid ink, water, salt, thickener: E466); acidifier: acetic acid.
