Brie, it shares the generous roundness of cream and butter aromas.
From Camembert, the more rustic and animal notes, specific to traditional products. It comes in the form of a large cylinder of 350 grams with a slightly tormented crust.
Inside, its paste is almost as creamy as that of a brie. It is a pasteurized cheese made from cow's milk.
