With a buttery and fruity taste, Cantal Entre-Deux is an essential cheese! It is made in the dairy, from raw milk and matured for 4 to 7 months. It delivers fruity flavors when tasted: its aromatic palette can range from buttery tastes to floral notes.
In the heart of Auvergne, nestled at an altitude of 1000m in the volcanic regional natural park, the Fromagerie des Monts du Cantal has been perpetuating the tradition of raw milk cheese since 1928.
It works with milk from the AOP Cantal area and in the mountain area collected from 40 producers in a sustainable approach that respects the environment.
The cheeses are made in Pierrefort and matured in 3 cellars, including the famous Saint-Poncy cellar built in an old railway tunnel.
