Reheat in the packaging in a bain-marie for 30-35 min in simmering water or in a steam oven for 30-35 min at 85-90°C. To be served as an accompaniment to game, poultry or fish.

Fresh product packaged in a vacuum bag , you can consume it up to one week after delivery.

It is also possible to freeze the pocket.
