Caterer of the sea located in Aquitaine, composes fresh, authentic and rich in taste dishes in the respect of raw materials from the sea, in an artisanal state of mind. The line-caught cod comes mainly from Ireland, the fresh potatoes from Aquitaine, and the dairy products from France. No fish pulp is used, only desalted cod in their workshops.
Tasty thanks to its 30% fish content and its herbs (nutmeg, garlic and parsley), this quality brandade offers a rich and creamy texture with a nice hold allowing for beautiful presentations.
