These mini French pork and beef knacks of approximately 5cm and 15g each are embossed in natural sheep casings.
They are gathered in strings of 15 to 20 pieces.
Heat for 4 to 5 minutes in very hot water. Do not bring to a boil to avoid bursting.
Serve with a dab of mustard or horseradish.
