The enoki, which is also found under the name "golden needle", is a very special mushroom. This Asian vegetable is recognizable by its finesse, its size and its small cap.

In their natural state, Japanese enoki mushrooms are grouped in clusters or clumps. More than 80% of enokis are grown in Japan. Taste-wise, enoki mushrooms are sweet and crunchy.
