The Domaine d'Uza is a farm created on forest soil after the storm of 2009, it is the largest organic asparagus garden in France. Its level of qualitative requirement is due to the personality of its creator, Count Alexandre de Lur-Saluces, owner of Sauternes "Château de Fargues".

Its ultra-modern facilities allow the immediate cooling of the asparagus after harvest, their draconian sorting via a machine photographing each asparagus 10 times from all angles to determine its size and category.

We only offer category 1 of this exceptional production, with an irreproachable appearance: absolutely white asparagus, perfectly straight, fresh and with a closed bud.
