Certified by IGP, Bayonne ham is made in the Adour basin, from pigs from small farms in south-west France. The controlled conditions for rearing the pigs, the traceability of production and the care given to all stages of production - from salting with salt from the saltworks of the Bassin de l'Adour and up to refining for a minimum period of 7 months - guarantee a quality product.
These thin slices of 16g each, specially designed for catering, are particularly appreciated for their flexibility and can be used for many preparations - salads, chiffonnades, cocktail pieces etc.
