Established in Finistère since 1947, Tallec perpetuates the tradition by producing "old-fashioned" charcuterie.
Hams, pâtés, blood sausages and other top-of-the-range charcuterie, all Tallec references are made with carefully selected natural ingredients. Member of the "Fermiers d'Argoat" Tallec, for example, manufactures all its references from fresh meat, of French origin, and in particular Label Rouge free-range pork.
Tallec is one of the last manufacturers of traditional hams and the benchmark French house.
