A piece of beef dried for 9 months and lightly smoked, Cecina is emblematic of the know-how of this mountainous region of Leon, in the northwest of Spain.
With a more assertive character than Grisons meat, Cecina de Leon, lightly smoked, is ideal in a sandwich, canape or even raclette.
