A small village in the Basque Country, Itxassou is well known to connoisseurs for its famous black cherry jam. The Beekeeper of Itxassou perpetuates a traditional and family know-how.

Its traditionally prepared jams contain 80% whole fruit and are guaranteed pectin-free. To revive the natural flavors of yesteryear, these jams follow the peasant recipes of his "Amatxi" (Basque grandmother).

To be enjoyed at room temperature with cheese, or served chilled to accompany foie gras.
