The family Domaine de Baudry is located in Auvergne at an altitude of 550 meters, in the countryside, near a stream, a place of artisanal manufacture of traditional jams for nearly 30 years.
It perpetuates the tradition of the "good taste of our childhood" by seeking in many ways to make known the generosity of fruits.
The manufacture of jams takes place there according to traditional methods in real copper cauldrons, with 55g of fruit for 100g, without dyes or preservatives, but only an addition of lemon juice (for acidity) and pectin in proportions variables for a result rich in flavor.
