He created the Atelier des Saveurs in 2002 on his farm, the Ferme du Letty, and produces artisanal jams from 100% French fruit.
This jam is made with authentic Mirabelle plums from Lorraine picked when ripe.
This fruit is guaranteed by a PGI (Protected Geographical Identification).
