Jam made by Jean-Marie Guilbault, Master Confiturier and former starred chef.
He created the Atelier des Saveurs in 2002 on his farm, the Ferme du Letty, and produces artisanal jams from 100% French fruit.
This jam on tasting is crunchy and very tangy, almost a tarte tatin!
It is prepared in small quantities with local apple varieties.
