Far from mass consumption, Axuria Pyrenean milk-fed lamb has exceptional taste quality and occupies a high-end position.

This rare and authentic milk-fed lamb is produced in limited quantities in the mountains of the Basque Country, more precisely in the Soule Valley.

Available from November to July, its flesh is lean and tender, white in color, its taste is smooth, extremely fine and clearly less pronounced than that of older lambs.

It can be grilled, roasted or braised.

Vacuum packed.
