The super special L'Étoile oyster is remarkable for its firm and very abundant flesh and its color evokes that of gold.

Very crunchy and sweet, its foot is exceptionally wide. When opened, it gives off an odor close to nori seaweed.

It is produced in Carnac and Riantec, in southern Brittany, between Vannes and Lorient on exceptional sites, the historic cradle of the oyster.
