The super special L'Etoile oyster is remarkable for its firm and very abundant flesh and its color reminiscent of gold.

Very crunchy and sweet, its base is exceptionally wide.

When opened, it gives off an odor close to nori seaweed. It is a powerful and unique oyster that you absolutely must discover.

It is produced in Carnac and Riantec, in southern Brittany, between Vannes and Lorient on exceptional sites, the historic cradle of the oyster.
