Live medium clams ±3kg

Clams are a shellfish that is a larger variety of clam than the latter. Known for its firm flesh but also for its creamy white, ivory color.

It has a gray colored shell. Like the cockle and the clam, the clam is a burrowing shellfish. It lives in sandy areas.

Just open them from the front with a small knife and drain the water. Add lemon quarters to enjoy them.

They are also cooked like mussels or cockles.

Packaged in 3kg baskets.
