Pâte feuilleté fine, la viande n'est pas trop grasse. A déguster sans hésitation. J'en ai congelé plusieurs, le produit est resté intact.

Les patés lorrains de chez Kirn, c'est une véritable institution ! Enfant, je les degustais directement en Alsace. Aujourd'hui, ils me sont livrés à domicile dans le sud! Le top :-)
