Recognized for their gastronomic quality, the pies are made with fillings rich in pieces of meat previously marinated with spices and herbs. The brioche sausages are composed of a pure butter brioche dough and pure pork sausage. The production of the puff pastries demonstrates the same quality requirements with pure butter puff pastry and fragrant and hearty fillings.
