Puff pastry with salmon and spinach 2x110g

The addition of smoked salmon mixed with a thin layer of spinach, surrounded by a crispy puff pastry. Ideal with a creamy mushroom sauce. Place the puff pastries in the oven at 200°C for 12 minutes.
