The ''Excellence MIERAL'' guinea fowl is raised freely in poultry farms in Bresse. She is reared for 18 to 25 weeks and fed with natural food + fattening at the end of her life.

Its meat is delicate and tasty.

It should be cooked slowly and at a low temperature. Guinea fowl is delicious with cabbage, chanterelles or other fresh mushrooms.

Minimum guaranteed DLC: 10 days.
