The free-range poultry of Dombes, near Lyon, benefit from a unique territory, bathed in ponds. Chickens, guinea fowl, turkeys and capons, Label Rouge, have outdoor runs, made up of meadows, hedges and trees offering them natural shelter.

The free-range Black Chicken "Le Prince" is from a slow-growing strain, raised for a minimum of 81 days, with a specific feed composed of 75% cereals.

Its skin is thin and its flesh tender and tasty, of a quality suitable for all types of cooking: roasted, poached, stewed or steamed.

Minimum guaranteed DLC: 10 days.
