Picked and sorted by hand, these wild mushrooms have been rigorously selected. This mixture is made up of yellow boletus (60%), oyster mushrooms (20%) and black mushrooms. It allows you to make great traditional white meat recipes such as poultry or veal. 40g of dried mushrooms will be equivalent to 175g of fresh mushrooms. The mushroom mixture must be soaked for at least one night (12 hours) in 5 times its weight in volume of water at an ideal temperature of 4°C. After rehydration, you can use them like fresh mushrooms.
