Discover the real Alsatian white sausage, prepared according to the traditional recipe, with a stuffing made from pork, beef and veal.

Its unique and tasty taste makes it a must in Alsace, on a plate during barbecues, it is eaten in sandwich at fairs or village festivals. A party is even dedicated to him in August in the village of Gresswiller.

Already pre-cooked (or poached), all you have to do is fry them in a pan or grill them on a barbecue.

To be enjoyed with mashed potatoes or with a good sauerkraut.

Fresh and vacuum-packed, white sausages can be kept for 3 weeks in a cool place (between 0 and 4°). You have

also the possibility of freezing them.
