These merguez sausages are produced from 65% French beef, 5.5% French beef and mutton fat, spices, and stuffed in natural mutton casing.

To be served grilled, for couscous or in pieces, on a pizza for example, these merguez will be grilled for 7 minutes for optimal cooking.
