Made with morels and other mushrooms and flavored with brandy, these white pork sausages have a fine and distinctive taste. As a main course or as a starter, they can simply be accompanied by green salad or mashed potatoes, they can also be presented in slices, as such as a main element or as an accompaniment or transformed – into a fine tart for example.

Fresh and packaged in a protective atmosphere, these sausages of 100g each are ready to fry.

After 10 minutes of cooking, they are soft and tender.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed isothermal packages including cooling gels allowing them to be kept cool throughout the journey.
