As a main course or as a starter, they can simply be accompanied by green salad or mashed potatoes, they can also be presented in slices, as such as a main element or as an accompaniment or transformed – into a fine tart for example.
Fresh and packaged in a protective atmosphere, these sausages of 100g each are ready to fry.
After 10 minutes of cooking, they are soft and tender.
