Cooking sausage with pistachios, also known as pistachio cervelas or cervelas de Lyon, is one of the most typical products of Lyon charcuterie. This pistachio sausage is made in the pure tradition of Lyonnais sausage from meat of French origin.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed isothermal packages including cooling gels allowing them to be kept cool throughout the journey.
