Based in Cogolin (Var) and created in 1991, the Conserverie Au Bec Fin specializes in the exclusive production of Provençal culinary specialties, mainly from fish from the Mediterranean Sea.

All recipes are made from fresh products, whether for fish, oils, herbs and other local vegetables. It offers a full range of Provençal specialties whose flavors are preserved by an artisanal method with entirely natural fresh products.

Its recipes are guaranteed without any binder or preservative. Classic Provençal, with pieces of zucchini, carrots, green beans, potatoes, white and red beans and tomato, pistou soup is one of the richest soups in vegetables.

It also contains pasta and is garnished with basil and garlic. For this pistou soup to have an authentic taste, the vegetables are prepared and cooked fresh, the same day they are received at the cannery. It can be served with parmesan or gruyère.
