The tonka bean is slightly domed, black in color. Sometimes wrinkled or smoother on the surface, its consistency can be very hard or softer. Once ground, we obtain a rather brown-brown powder. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of peach stone, on a sweet vanilla note. In powder, its flavors are increased tenfold!

Somewhat reminiscent of the warm scents of caramel, it reveals all its magic in the kitchen, with even more astonishing, quite unique aromas.
