Kampot white pepper - 200g

Kampot pepper is recognized as one of the best in the world. It is grown in the provinces of Kampot and Kep in Cambodia. It has had the Indication d'Origine Protégée (IGP) label since 2010.

This white pepper is harvested before full maturity and then stripped of its pericarp, this makes it a milder pepper. It reveals floral notes of fresh mint and eucalyptus.

It will be used to season red and white meats, fish and seafood, vegetables and salads. This rare and delicate pepper will be used at the last moment in your recipes, it does not support cooking.
