This Traditional "Salon de Thé" hot chocolate preparation is light, harmonious and sweet, with 32% cocoa, cane sugar and Madagascar bourbon vanilla extract.
This traditional chocolate offers floral and fruity notes and a velvety texture ideal for breakfast or a snack.
It also allows you to make a thick chocolate sauce with a little warm water added.
The recommended dosage is 20g per cup of approximately 250ml.
Made in France, it is called Hot Chocolate, but is also used to prepare delicious cocktails.
Please note: To be able to call itself "Hot Chocolate", a drink must contain at least 32% non-fat cocoa powder (rich in cocoa butter).
