Black lump eggs - 100g

The eggs of lumps, gray in nature, are traditionally pickled and colored in red or black and decorated with spices. The recipe of Caspian Tradition respects this tradition and, from fish eggs caught in Iceland, gives a result with a bright color and a pronounced taste.

Often presented on toast or blinis, they can also be used to finish the plate or in the composition of seafood-flavoured starters.
